Magic Stat Ball is a Windows based program designed to track NFL (National Football League) American rules professional football statistics. Magic Stat Ball tracks over 100 statistical categories, which are updated weekly via this website. This program is compatible with Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7.

Magic Stat Ball uses stat sorting and filtering to give the user control over how stats are organized. Filter a single category or multiple categories to see how a player or team performed during a certain time period or under certain circumstances. There are over 40 different filtering options available.

Team stats include defensive passer rating as well passer rating differential. Kerry Byrne of Cold Hard Football Facts stresses the importance of passer rating differential. Magic Stat Ball tracks this category on a weekly basis from 2009 to the current NFL season. This allows the user to judge for him/herself the merits of this statistical category.

Perform side-by-side comparisons for up to three NFL players or teams, which includes stats and league rankings for each player or team. Filtering allows the user to compare players or teams under a wide variety of situations and periods of time during a NFL season.

MagicStatBall can support the scoring methods of the largest NFL fantasy football leagues online. Of course, the NFL fantasy point settings can be changed to support other leagues. This program is a work in progress. Additional NFL fantasy football custom scoring options will be added as they are requested by users of this program. MagicStatBall contains NO spyware, NO adware, or any other type of code designed to serve advertisements or track a users browsing habits.

For obvious reasons, team logos cannot be included with Magic Stat Ball.
Download and then unzip into the "Icons" folder in Magic Stat Ball's install directory.
